Guest guest Posted February 5, 2002 Report Share Posted February 5, 2002 I was just experimenting because I had no directions to follow but have seen this in the " specialty foods " sections and wanted to try it. I left it out at room temp., covered tightly, for about a month before we used it. Tasted, smelled, looked great.. no sign of spoilage.
