In the last month I have had an strange symptom, I named it " earthquake syndrome " . When I go to the bed and am in the first step of the sleep, I awake very afraid because I feel all around me is tembling, the floor, the bed, but when I turn on the light nothing is in movement, is my body who tremors. Sometimes it is very hard and happens three or four times every nigth. Sometimes I trate of work all day for arrive to the bed very tired and stay sleeped instantaneusly. Really I am feeling afraid to go to the bed. Sometimes I think it is the efect of sleep alone... maybe it is the time for take a bed-mate (jajajaja). Remeber that one month ago there was a terrible earthquake in Peru my neigboor. Somebody feels something similar to my " earthquake syndrome " ?
