Guest guest
After heel cord lengthening surgery I was told I needed to wear night splints (the ones intended for plantar fascitis (sp?). My problem is that I am starting to get pressure soreness on the very tips of where my ankle bones are. I have covered them with bandages and worn socks to bed. It seems to be helping one foot but not the other. I was just wondering if anyone else had the same problem and what you did to stop it. Guest guest
I was told the same thing after the same surgery. I was 7 and I am soo happy my Mom never made me wear them. We tried for two nights and gave up. I wonder if people atrophy in night splints? My sons have atrophied big time earing AFOS so I wonder about night splints.
