Guest guest
No it isn't the end of the world not to ride a bike...but one would think so, my mother is still going on about her Radio she traded for that bike! and I'm 65 yrs old...LOL..Man...if I could have had a Recumbent what a joy that would have been...don't think they had them then! Thinking back on my childhood I bet I could have road one of those...if there had been such a thing..I'm thinking I should just get a horse and buggy. My mother is a perfectionist she didn't want a disabled child...my Dad had CMT it embarrassed her as he got worse...and then to give birth to a child that was less then perfect was devastating to her. When I read this site of parents of CMT children...and how you try to help them it makes my hart sing! That you guy love a care for you child in spite of a disability. I'm 65 and still haven't gotten my mothers approval....it's never going to happen she is 85 and I do love her..too bad she dosn't realize how much! She is still ashamed of me, if someone loves me, there is always motive, my mother and dad fought for 45 yrs. before they got a divorce and she blamed me for having to be with my dad while I was growing up. Please ....show you kids that you love them and let them know they are a wonderful important part of you life as well a society. Blessings to all.
