Hi,

This is only my personal situation. However, I figured out that I have food

allergies: milk, red meat seems to be a big culprit. Sorry to offend anyone, but

closer to that time for women it acts up also. So it is better since I took out

red meat and milk out of my diet. So much better, not perfect but better. I

would relate it to IBS definitely yet food allergies and too many chemicals in

foods does not help me out. Been trying to rely on healthy eating vegetables,

fruit, no Mcs and fast food restraunts. Home made foods seem to help also.
