In NT the recipe for the sauerkrauts, ginger carrots, pickled pearl onions,

pickled garlic, salsa, and others say, " keep at room temperature for about 2

days before transferring to cold storage " ; does this mean they can be stored in

my basement food storage room?

Many others say to store in the refrigerator so I am assuming that if it says

" cold storage " , instead, that it means not in the refrigerator.

Thank you,

Joy
