Welcome, Garnet. Your symptoms are among the same as I have had on and off for

the last twentyeight years -- although I got my dx in March. I'm glad that

you've been able to do the healthy diet thing. My experience has not been quite

as good in that department. Guess when it comes to food, I'm too compulsive.

Today is my 14th anniversary sober and I've been off smokes since mid-January

1998. Food has been the one area in which I have done nothing more than to eat

a relatively healthy diabetic diet. No where near the vegetarian thing, but

getting away from processed foods and more into natural ones. One tip though,

Garnet. Seems I remember from years ago that the ideal diet for someone with MS

includes (or is it excludes?) Well, we shouldn't eat glutens. I'm addicted to

carbos, so that's really tough for me. Glad you mentioned the oil of evening

primrose. Once upon a time, I took it, vitamin E, and glucosamine. Time I

looked into the first two again (already doing !

the latter).

Nice to meet you, Garnet.

Kim,

I can't think of a better mission than yours!I love it when I 'see' other people doing the natural thing for treatment. I know it works - diet etc.
