Guest guest Posted February 19, 2002 Report Share Posted February 19, 2002 The last two four hour rides (on my bicycle) I took along a drink of oat water(dilute your soaked oats and strain after cooking) honey a little cinnamon, salt and bone broth.My second bottle was just good water.
