Guest guest
Hello, if you read Lono's book, " Don't drink the water " , you will see that the Brita filter doesn't do much. I will send you some info. Even a more complicated countertop model with the corect types of filters would be far less desirable than an installed gadget for 2 reasons: 1) the installed models are under pressure and therefore can " process " the water much quicker than the drip-drip rate of the brita. 2) A countertop model would have much smaller filters than installed systems, so I assume these filters would need to be changed more frequently, making such a system MORE expensive in the long run. I have decided to buy a model that you can see at this web site: www.naturestapestry.com/watpur.html Although, I am purchasing one directly from Luno. I will send you his ordering info. > > The water issue is a big one for me. I have a Brita filter but I don't trust > the water it makes-no real reason just turns me off.
