Topanga was one of my old stomping grounds - I lived in the Fernwood area for awhile and in the West Los Angeles area for a very long time. My former neurologists are gone, but you might want to look up Olmos - I think he's located on Wilshire near 26th street. If you can't find him in the book, email and I'll try to get the full address. A Neurologist can address your needs and prescribe PT, exercise, suggest nutrition, prescribe medication if needed, and also direct you to an orthotist if you should need orthotics or AFOs. Even though I live in Santa Barbara, I still make annual trips to my Orthotist, Stefan, at Swiss Balance in Santa . He's a master at keeping my feet happy and keeping ME happy on my feet!
