Guest guest
Over the last few days I visited a friend who has ALS. She still works full-time, at her home, and her company has just set her up with a Head Mouse, because she has no control/movement in her hands, fingers, legs, feet. She uses a power wheelchair to get around and has to be fed her meals. This Head Mouse is allowing her to continue working, and since she still can move her head, this is a great fit. It is amazing what assistive technology can do. A tracking dot is on her glasses, which allows her to work at a computer with a wireless mouse. I was so in awe of this I forget to get the exact brand, but I remember a while back someone here at was looking for an easier mouse to use. So check out http://orin.com/access/headmouse/index.htm Or do a search on Head Mouse and see what you get. Or maybe Rick can give us some more reliable sites for those who want a Head Mouse. ~ Gretchen
