Guest guest
To get connected with others, I feel it is most important to get out there " face to face " . Church groups and volunteer activities can help you meet more people and expand the field. Or take your dog to a dog park, the nicest people go there here. I feel the computer is so limiting to meet people. Guest guest
I so agree with Bev. The secret is to be with people who share your interests. Photography, reading (there are many book clubs) Scrabble, plugging for a political candidate, music, foreign language classes, dozens of interest groups. Volunteering is great, because the people who do it are caring and accepting of others. If the emphasis is not primarily on dating, but getting to know each other & sharing, I think you'll be more likely to meet the people who see the WHOLE you, not the disability. Best of luck.
