Having trouble accepting this Dx

I've had surgery, I've had genetic tests, I have numbness in my hands,

weakness in my ankles, still..... I'm having trouble accepting this.

I'm wondering what course it will take?

What changes will it mean in my life. My genetic test shows I have it. A rare

form whose exact type is not " isolated yet. " The PRX gene. 4F. Usually severe,

but maybe not for me. Who knows? So many unknowns.

The good news is my son won't get it and his kids won't, unless by some remote

chance, he marries a carrier. My symptoms seem to be increasing. Thanks for

letting me rant.
