Gretchen,

I read that the Y can offer free membership based on financial need. Believe me,

we are in need. I would love to do the water programs that you mention. I just

don't have the money. So, how do you apply for this help from the Y and keep

your dignity. I really want to do these exercises but don't know if I will be

able to feel the same about myself taking any help. What do you think?
