side effects of vit c & omega 3

Hi all,

I want to ask a question about vit c.

Myself & my father are taking vit c for 3 months.Just 2 weeks before we started

omega 3 daily 2 times.

vit c -1grams

omega 3-

EPA-180mg

DHA-120mg

We both are suffering from constipation.Can it may be due to vit c & omega 3?
