Ken:

I've been kicking around the idea of " productivity incentives "

for years and I've yet to come up with something that was

fair for everyone and where quality of care was not at risk

of being compromised. I'd like to provide incentives to all

staff members regardless of position. I think its' a great

topic for discussion and I'm looking forward to hearing some

unique perspectives. However, until I see a workable " system " I'll

have to continue paying people what I feel they're worth and

throw-in occassional bonuses and " goodies " for extra efforts

and achievements.
