This was directed to someone with the email name, Bianca3.

I've been thinking that it might be a good idea for the new members

that join this group to introduce themselves. Alot of other

groups do this and I find it very helpful(it's not mandatory, you can

still be a silent lurker if you want, but the initial welcome letter

you receive when you join the group can encourage folks to introduce

themselves to the rest of the list group). It is nice to know a bit

more about the people you are chatting with...
