Guest guest
I soak the grains and then put them in the fridge and use it as I need it. I soak oatmeal and flour. Grace, a Augustine I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright. I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more. I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive. I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger. I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting. I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess. I wish you enough ''Hello's " to get you through the final goodbye. --anonymous ----- Original Message ----- From: Carma Paden Sent: Tuesday, February 19, 2002 9:05 AM Subject: soaked grains in fridge Those of you who soak a week's worth of oatmeal or whatever and keep in the fridge - do you soak and then cook the whole thing, and warm it up as needed; or keep it in the fridge after just soaking, and finish the cooking in small portions as needed? ~ Carma ~ To be perpetually talking sense runs out the mind, as perpetually ploughing and taking crops runs out the land. Guest guest
I just starting doing this, but I put it in the fridge after soaking and then finish ccoking in small portions as needed. My last batch I had in the fridge for a week and a half and it smelled and tasted just fine. Hope this helps!
