Does anyone know anything about these things? I noticed one walking

through chinatown the other day. My thought is that if they have live

poultry they probably aren't getting it from the standard (read:

factory farm) distribution channels, that maybe its a cottage

industry from chinese immigrants or something. If so, it would be a

lot healthier, but if not I'll stick to the hormone and anti-biotic

free chickens I can get at the health food store.

Also, does anyone have the calcium content of bone broths? I looked

on the USDA nutrient database and it was listed at 9mg - that doesn't

seem right.

Thanks for any info,
