What to do about ringworm exposure notice?

Hello

My 8yo NT son got a ringworm "exposure" notice cos some other kid in his class got ringworms.

Anything I should do to make sure my ASD son doesnt "catch" it somehow thru my other kid??

I hear its contagious on contact. We always used either Tinactin (bought at store) or castor oil, and put a band-aid on it to keep others from getting it. One of my ASD kids got it probably 50 times. This was 10 years ago before the Internet. I guess antifungals or immune boosters in general will help keep it away. Maybe there is a homeopathic remedy to build immunity to it.
