The Cause of Autism

I was in the mood to write down some thoughts, so here goes. Autism

is confusing, and we all started out with " if we can just figure out

the cause, then we can treat it successfully " . We had to learn that

autism is not the toe infection we took antibiotics for two weeks to

clear up, or the headache we took aspirin for, etc. But rather its a

complicated disorder with many things contributing to the symptoms

and many different things seem to make the symptoms lessen or go

away. Autism has many parts.

I like Dr. Moulden's theory that its from lack of oxygen to

the brain and that the liver is under-working. He calls them micro-

strokes or something like that, stating the tiny blood

vessels/veins/capillaries are swollen shut. This does agree with

those who get PET scans; they show reduced blood flow to certain

parts of the brain. I think its important to realize that mercury

and other toxins, zoonotic infections (lyme, Bartonella), viral

inserts in our genes, other pathogens, GMO foods, pesticides,

electrosmog can all be involved. Everything previously mentioned can

cause lack of blood flow. This explains why treatment in any of

those areas decreases symptoms.

Thus, I just want to help anyone understand that autism can have

several contributors and that the cause may not be either or, but

rather a group of things working together to cause bodily

disharmony. Even behavioural treatments are helping, which is what

those with brain damage or strokes have been recieving for years.

Thus, its basically has to with increasing blood flow, and ridding

those things causing this impairment in blood flow. When you don't

have good blood flow, you have impairment wherever the blood flow is

lacking, either by lack of blood flow, or the resultant toxin and

pathogen build-up from this lack of blood flow. Either way, my point

is that there are many contributors.

Personally, I wonder if being a carrier of lyme or another pathogen

puts you at high risk for when a toxin or immune stressor comes

along. One thing is for sure, each generation is more sick than the

next. This is quite perplexing. For example, my father, who has

been bit by more ticks than I can count, only has arthritis, IBS and

some minor cognitive impairments at the age of 70. But I would be

bedridden and maybe not even alive if it wasn't for the supplements I

am on. And how many poeple do you know that have mild ADHD, yet

their children have severe ADHD? Why is each gneration getting

worse. I imagine its many reasons, but for now, just wanted to give

a head-start for those who are wondering, autism can have many

causes, and likely it will take many things for each person to get

well.

My family became more ill than our other family members. The

differences between them and us, is that we have had much more

vaccines and we have much more electrosmog. Thus, I can't help but

wonder if these things make the pathogens one has more powerful. I

have electrosmog yet to conquer at my house, but I am getting there.

Just know that I feel the more areas one addresses, the more

successful they will be.

Some more thoughts is with people who die from AIDS and other immune

disorders. The antibiotics can not kill their infections. One must

have a healthy immune system in order to survive infections. Thus, I

am thinking we need to address much more in building our immune

system and increasing blood flow and repairing the liver. I think

that will do wonders in getting us to handle the toxins and pathogens

of this world.

Love and prayers,

Heidi N

There is another angle, Heidi, which i believe is big in my son, which is post infection antibodies, and auto-antibodies due to molecular mimicry. I dont think he always has active strep etc, the antibodies can possibly cause the symptoms.PramilaTo: BorreliaMultipleInfectionsAndAutism Sent: Saturday, November 1, 2008 1:56:16 PMSubject: The Cause of Autism

Pramila..your point is extremely important. This is why these kids cannot tolerate many foods and show up with high IgG's on their food panels. It's an autoimmune process. In fact when you have hypercoagulation you can also have antibodies to your own platelets and red blood cells. Essentially they are in an autoimmune disease at that point.
