Guest guest
I am taking forever to post this info, but I will just start one thing at a time here. 1. Most people with chronic illness, lyme disease and autism have HYPERCOAGULATION. This basically means that the blood is too thick and fibrin is being created faster than the body can handle. Excess fibrin, with infections equals BIOFILM. Hypercoagulation is responsible for the lack of improvement and frequent RELAPSES. (e.g. I've had salmonella 4 x's this year and h.pylori 3 x's!) 2. Test for Hypercoagluation Labcorp - isac , htrp, a2ap 3. Treatment for Hypercoagulation If the Clot rate is high then Lumbrokinase needs to be taken - preferrably Bouloke which they feel is stronger than regular lumbrokinase. If the platelet function is high then some sort of fish oil needs to be taken. Also..the blood needs to be thinned otherwise the Bouloke can't do it's job. Heparin injections are the most powerful but invasive and need to be given 2 x's per day. Looking at the natural options would be my preference. My doctor put me on Wheat Germ Oil by standard process for this. This is a LONG TERM protocol - 1 -2 years. Herxing WILL happen because of the releasing of toxins and pathogens once the fibrin is broken down. I would suggest getting binders on board to take 1-2 hours after taking the enzyme. I'm taking Nanotek Chitosan because that product works well for me. Just wanted to give you the BIG update. I have more to share when I get a chance to type it up. Guest guest
Much appreciated Tami! The timing is perfect because I've been reading up on this too and Evan will be having blood drawn next Tuesday. I think I'm going to check the hypercoagulation panel. Evan is currently rotating Serropeptase and Bromelain enzymes each day per Dr. Cowden's orders. I'm 99% sure the Serropeptase works like Lumbrokinase, except one is from silkworms and one is from earthworms (I couldn't swear which is which right now and I'm too lazy to go downstairs and find my notes). I'm also not sure whether the Bromelain helps with this same issue. Now that Evan is taking these enzymes who knows what the testing will show next week BUT (long story short!) I'm glad you shared! Thanks again! Looking forward to the rest of hte ACAM updates... when you have time! Dawnmarie > > I am taking forever to post this info, but I will just start one thing at a > time here. > > > 1. Guest guest
Hi Dawnmarie, I'm not sure if Bromelain does the same thing, it may be more of a digestive enzyme. But I'm not the expert on enzymes. You'll have to ask Dr. Cowden about the serropeptase, but I know that Dr. C does recommend lumbrokinase for some kids. I think the other aspect is the blood thinner because we have to get the blood flowing. They told me that if you have hypercoagulation then your organs are only working at 40-50% capacity. Guest guest
Not sure on that one....I test well for the wheat germ oil from standard process, so I'm just going to go with that since it'll be more healthy in the long run. I know asprin isn't recommended for kids because of Reye syndrome but I wonder if it could help all of us adults with chronic illness?? Kim Play online games for FREE at Games.com! Guest guest
Long term? Drat. My son had freaky high prothrombin frag 1 & 2 (500 something with the ref range below 2 off the top of my head). His anti-thrombin was way below range, so he making clots without being able to dissolve them. That's what lead the head of the lab to suggest to my son's doc that he might have lyme, which brought me here. He's been on Boluoke brand since April and I was going to have a blood draw soon to see what his levels are now. I guess six months may not be enough time? I also slacked off with some of the doses when I was going though my own medical dramas. It's hard to hit the " empty stomach " window twice per day when he's in school. I'd better get back to waking him up at 11pm again. Perhaps I'll give it another month of 2x per day and retest then. I believe it has improved because he bleeds more normally now instead of oozing. If you are interested, I'll post his before and after results. > > I am taking forever to post this info, but I will just start one thing at a > time here. > > > 1.
