Guest guest
It is not as prominent or as large as the images given as reference. The dot is the size of a dull pencil point and always has a slight redness around it but, when he is not feeling well or having a really bad " ASD " day the spot gets a red halo around it about 1/2 to 3/4 inches around. Although it is flat it almost looks inflamed, but I don't think it is. > > Hi , > > How does the rash look like? Guest guest
, have you tried any toxin binder while on antibiotics? Like charcoal or green clay? If it is a die-off charcoal should help. At least you would be nearer an answer... natasa My 5 yo ASD son has a red unraised spot on his forearm that looks a little like a birthmark. Guest guest
Natassa- Thanks for your response. I do use activated charcoal for dieoff, but the charcoal would help with yeast as well as bacteria (he also takes diflucan, therbiotic complete and Sacc so I am not sure what the charcoal is soaking up. It is very useful for taking the edge off his behavior. Jen
Guest guest
Did he get a vaccination there by chance? Heidi N > > > > Hi , > > > > How does the rash look like? Guest guest
hi jennifer, that sounds like bartonella.  i have watched the stuff fall off my friend and i have them and they do change over time.  you might want to look into a salt protocal....go really low and slow as my pal has done 2 years of healing in 5 months...but she just goes for it and occasionally pays a steep price.  but her salt protocal really kicked up the bumps and moles and what you are describing is what i saw with her. she made  a himalyan (sp?) salt solution from American BlueGreen in OR...and they have some October specials going on.  if you need additional help on the salt or how to make...i'll ask her.  i'm starring at 2 jars of it, but with 2 kids i can't jump off a cliff the way she did. lisa
Guest guest
Hi. No vaccination there. It is on his forearm. All of his vaccines were given on his legs or upper arm. Thanks for the response! Jen
Guest guest
- Does it really sound like a Lyme spot? I know our DAN would be clueless on this issue. What does the salt do? Does it heal the rash? I have been reading a lot about Resveratrol, Sawmento, and Cat's Claw. I need to learn the protocol for these. Would the aggressive behavior my son shows when on antibiotics be from Lyme bacteria? My son is on the Low Oxalate Diet and is the Yeast Beast. Can Resveratrol, Cat's Claw, or Sawmento be administered to a child with oxalate issues? I am really clueless about LIA so forgive any really " dumb " questions! I guess LIA is one of the many puzzle pieces for of the children with this disorder. Thanks for the help.
