Guest guest
Check out Dom's Kefir In-site for a recipe for a mozzarella-like cheese made with kefir. I've tried it, though I didn't exactly follow his instructions, and I got a good stretchy cheese that was just like string cheese/mozzarella. I also put some of it in a jar of olive oil with a couple cloves of garlic, salt & basil and that was absolutely delicious. Also, for grain mills, if you own a Rival or a Kitchen-Aid mixer you can purchase a grain mill attachment that is a lot less expensive than buying a mill. I have the one for the Rival and it works great.. it's adjustable and a little less noisy than the K-Tec or the Whisper Mill (it's still quite noisy though). When you put cheese in oil like this howl ong do you leave it together and do you leave this set out room temp or do you need to refridgerate it? Grace, a Augustine I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright. I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more. I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive. I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger. I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting. I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess. I wish you enough ''Hello's " to get you through the final goodbye. --anonymous ----- Original Message ----- From: MegDCL@...
