Guest guest
What about nuts? I have all but given up meat and only eat chicken and fish, no red meat. I have found that having a bowls of different kinds of nuts around the house is nice to grab a handful each time I pass. I seem to rememeber someone suggesting chicken is bad. The Best Bet Diet only allows 10 teaspoons of unsaturated fat a day. There is 1 teaspoon of it in 1/3 ounce of most kinds of nuts, and in 2 tsp. of nut butter. As you can see, it would be easy to overdo nuts. Carol
