Guest guest
Yes,strep is very serious. It traveled from my throat into my kidneys and heart tissue, blood stream. My parent were told I would not live. I was in a coma for 3 days and woke up in a hospital oxygen tent. It happened so fast. I was sick one night and in the hospital by morning. Strep is a very serious, dangerous infection. All I remember is having a raw burning throat. Guest guest
I know of a girl who got strep and didn't treat it. She ended up pretty much a vegetable for a year and then died at age 18. There is a young girl at my MIL's church who is in a wheel chair because damage strep did to her body.
