Guest guest
Hello, I am a new member of this list. I have read NT and am anxious to get started. My husband and I are both 42, we have 2 boys (ages 4 & 6), and live in Rochester NY. I am a stay-at-home mom. Previously, I worked full time for many years as a research-engineer. My first order of business is to get a water filter and to replace my Calphalon pots. After searching your archives I found a note by Dana which recommended a water filter sold at: www.wholly-water.com If anyone else here uses this filter, could you send me your opinion of it? More importantly, I am wondering why more people don't use this filter, and why I didn't see it mentioned more often. According to the manufacturer, It removes EVERYTHING while leaving the minerals intact. Also, it is self cleaning, so no replacement filters are ever needed. If anyone would recommend against this filter, or thinks another one is better, could you tell me why. I don't understand why it wasn't mentioned in NT. Thankyou!
