Chlorax on veggies

I was wondering why it is considered safe to soak your veggies in

chlorox? I thought chlorox was something you shouldn't even have in

your house, let alone let your veggies soak in them.

I wash fruits such as apples and tomatoes with Dr. Bronners. For

things that you can't really wash that well I rinse and then soak in

white vinegar, then rinse again. Bleach is water and 6% sodium

hypochrolrite, an oxegenator. So is hydrogen peroxide.
