Guest guest
You have every right to be angry and should write a complaint to the bus company AND to the school. That's unacceptable and should not have happened. I can't believe the attitudes of the driver and aide! Shame on them! > > Guess what the bus company did! The bus gets here between 805 and 810! At 825 they were still not here so I called them! They checked and said didn't you call and say he does not need a pick up this morning? I said no! She asked if I was sure that nobody called about not needing to be picked up? I said ya I am sure! So they apparently mixed up with another child! So I was told that I would have to wait for 30 minutes because the driver was on the Hopewall route now! I can't believe they did that! That is kinda scary! I should of just taken him! Oh the bus. Is here! Ok now that makes me mad! I was told 30 min and it was only 20 min since I called. He is out there honking and honking over and over because of course I had to get our coats on again!!! is extremely upset this morning! He has been crying nonstop and he keeps saying I want to go to support group which he says when he gets upset just like I want to go to new house which is our cabin we stayed in this summer on vacation. He would not get on the bus without a big struggle and him trying to hit me and the whole time the bus driver and aide are saying come on let's go get up here and the driver says let's go we are already late!!! They are the ones that messed up! Sorry for the vent! was so upset and I know a lot of it had to do with his routine being messed up, and I had to do a lot of breathing with him, cuddling and back rubbing and firm compressions! He was just sobbing! I emailed Miss Jenna and she said what happened? The office did not tell her anything. So I told her! She said seems to be in a good mood so that is good! > Stacie > Sent via BlackBerry by AT & T >
Guest guest
Up set you should be. I do not know where your live, but our bus has to come by anyway, whether my child goes or not. We cannot call and tell the drivers that a child is not going to school. That is against the law of our school system. Besides, that could cause harm to your child, what if that was someone stalking the children or the bus route. I don't mean to cause any fear, but it is something to think about. I would go to the school and talk with the principal or the next higher up. Guest guest
Ya I know. Well, it is not the schools fault, but they are aware of it because I called and told the secretaryt and she said she would let them know which she did not so I emailed Jenna and she had no idea what happened so I told her. I talked to Mrs Lotito the Autism Specialist for our district and she said to call the person in charge of transportation at the child service cernter and make a complaint to them and I am going to do that in the mornning.
