Guest guest
Jeanette is correct about the Wild Yam Extract ... I use a cream called Maxine's Feminique Balancing Cream ... The cream contains10% Wild Yam Extract, Safflower Oil, Vegetable glyceryl Stearate, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearic Acid, Kukui Nut oil, Shea Butter, Avacado Oil, Faraha Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Potassium Sorbate, Progesterone, and Essential Oils of Clary Sage, Geranium, Cypress,Immortal, German Camomille, and Calendula. I found that there are varying degrees of WYextract .... 10% was the hightest I found at my local health food store ... the dosages would also vary i suspect ... i rub in less than an eigth of tsp. on my thighs 14 days out of the cycle ... I hope I did not confuse anyone with my first post ... i did not have the cream in front of me at the time ... nor the time to type all of the ingredients ... I find Jeanettes post about progestrone pills interesting ... I believe here in the USA one needs to get a prescription from the doctor for progestrone ... Wild Yam Cream one does not. I will investigate further as time permits ... Cream containing WY works for me ... and Joni ... the price difference may be because I reside in California ... close to the infamous Silicon Valley ... high cost of living ... anyway ... i just hoping to help ... it's working for me and i'm so happy i do not need to pop a pill for relieve ... Peace ... -bec -----Original Message----- > >---------------------------
