Just wanted to give you an update on our Valkion use. Our whole family has been using it one week today.

is doing really well, asks for it. We started 15 min 1x a day. A few days later we bumped it to 20 min. On Sat and Sun (day 4 & 5) we used it 2x am & pm 20 min each. Sunday night we noticed a slight little bumps rash on his chest and tummy. This morning was a little heavier on his chest and lightly on his back. Thus far they are only light, not traveling and they do not itch, but he wants Calendula on his rash (because per him that's what you do with rashes..can' t argue with that). They feel like little sand paper bumps (similar but not expactly like what you'd find on the back of your arms when there's not enough good fats). I believe it's detox. We cut back today to just one treatment. Behaviorally he is doing really well. I'll have Dr. Amy check the rash in our appt on Monday.

I'm getting some slight headaches, but believe this is detox (per machine instructions this is not uncommon). Initially my husband had headaches, it's now better for him. Both my husband and I started at 15 min and are now on 30 min 1x per day. My 6yo NT unvaccinated daughter is 15 min 1x per day, no apparent side affects to report and she asks to do her air.
