>But what about intense hunger? What then?

Whenever I have cravings like that, it means I'm not eating enough

fat. (Enough of the right fat, of course -- grass-fed butter, dairy, meat,

virgin coconut oil.) As long as I keep my protein and fat intake high, my

carb intake low, and my refined carb intake at virtually zero, I do OK.

This isn't enough for everyone, of course, but in a surprisingly huge

percentage of cases, people can wipe out intense hunger problems, blood

sugar crashes, and most or all cravings by upping the fat and lowering the

carbs.

That's kind of what I figured. Can I use mechaniclly expressed palm

oil from specturm instead? I don't like coconuts. Butter and I think

yogurt cheese is fine and of course yogurt. I could eat more meat

though.
