Guest guest
>But what about intense hunger? What then? Whenever I have cravings like that, it means I'm not eating enough fat. (Enough of the right fat, of course -- grass-fed butter, dairy, meat, virgin coconut oil.) As long as I keep my protein and fat intake high, my carb intake low, and my refined carb intake at virtually zero, I do OK. This isn't enough for everyone, of course, but in a surprisingly huge percentage of cases, people can wipe out intense hunger problems, blood sugar crashes, and most or all cravings by upping the fat and lowering the carbs. -
Guest guest
That's kind of what I figured. Can I use mechaniclly expressed palm oil from specturm instead? I don't like coconuts. Butter and I think yogurt cheese is fine and of course yogurt. I could eat more meat though. C
