I use the grain mill, the blender for making smoothies, the food processor

mainly for making mayonnaise, a hand blender for pumpkin pie, soup, and

flourless gravy (thicken with stewed veggies). I splurged on an electric

ice cream maker that sits on the counter but I use that machine more often

than any other! I also have two Yogourmet yogurt makers that are in use for

milk and cream almost all the time. I use four containers for the two

yogurt makers.

I borrowed a juicer and a dehydrator but don't use them often enough to buy

one, but if you like jerky, I think a dehydrator would be convenient.

If I had to choose, I would pick the blender and the yogurt makers - since I

incubate our yogurt for 24 hours. In addition to oven and freezer/fridge!
