When kids do better on meds

My son was on alinia for 20 days. He did pretty well during that time.

Started saying more sounds, stimmed less. No downside to this. The med

was great for him. Now that he is off alinia he is stimming more than

ever, doing not so hot during speech with sounds. I think he is a

pretty sick kiddo. Anyone have a similar sounding kid? I am getting to

the point where I think natural won't be enough for him. It kills me to

say that. You have no idea. I still want to use natural things but I

think he will need more.
