Guest guest
Hello, I have a convenient and inexpensive source of farm fresh eggs. The farmer does not clean the eggs off (for a good reason, in my mind) and so some of the eggs have chicken fecal material on them. What is the proper and best way to clean eggs? I use raw eggs and want to make the best attempt I can at keeping the manure out of the food! Thanks, Jamay
