Guest guest
When you make that wheatgrass juice, would it have any gluten in it? Rani According to what I've read, no. Carol
Guest guest
Hi Rani; No, there's no gluten in wheatgrass. There is, however, a ton of chloraphyl (excuse my poor spelling) which is excellent at alkelyning your system and helping cure yeast and candida issues. It is antiseptic, helps build the immune system and full of vitamins. Wheatgrass is only as good as the soil it is grown in. Organic compost is the best. If you wish to try a shot at your local health food store, make sure they are not growing it in potting soil. No nutrients in potting soil! Also, if your system is toxic, wheatgrass will make you nausous, as it trys to deals with your toxicity. Wheatgrass is also a natural chelation agent.
