I started with 2.5mgs, cuz I couldnt handle 5. Every 4 hours. Geeze, that was

over a year ago. Went from 2.5 to 5, to 10, to 12.5, to 15, and now to 20.

Dont know what comes next. . . Now I'm up to 20mgs every 5 hours. I never had

a patch, so dont know wat thats like. I do have Percocet for breakthru pain,

which I take 5/325 about 3-4 times a day. No specific timetable, just whenever

I feel I need it.

I heard that Methadone was the hardest to get off of, not fentanyl.
