I just read at http://www.21.waisays.com/fish.htm that

cooking, marinating, steaming or preparing fish in any

other way (including freezing) originates mutagenic,

carcinogenic, toxic and mind-altering substances.

Does anyone else know about it? Is it as bad as she

(Wai) says? All food contains toxic substances, but it

doesn't mean we shouldn't eat anything. On the other

hand, why make food more harmful?
