Guest guest Posted January 23, 2002 Report Share Posted January 23, 2002 I just read at http://www.21.waisays.com/fish.htm that cooking, marinating, steaming or preparing fish in any other way (including freezing) originates mutagenic, carcinogenic, toxic and mind-altering substances. There's more about at http://www.23.waisays.com/. Does anyone else know about it? Is it as bad as she (Wai) says? All food contains toxic substances, but it doesn't mean we shouldn't eat anything.
