Hi Jim, I'm also on BP meds. Any idea why your doc reckons you can't take

supplements and BP medication? I'd be interested to know. My doc reckons

weightlifting is a great exercise for BP - what did yours say?

Lean.

Bill has said before, albeit quietly, that you don't need supplements.

Myoplex Lite is not necessarily a supplement, other than being a meal

replacement. That being the only thing you use will make a huge difference.

You can do this program without supplements. There have been a few I've

noticed that have done it.

,

My doctor read the ingredients in the EAS products (for the super shake

and phen-free)and advised that they make you retain water--which

constricts the vessels---which (may) lead(s) to high BP. So until I

can get my weight down (about 40 lbs)he highly reccomends I don't use

them. I hope this helps!
