Guest guest
Hi Jim, I'm also on BP meds. Any idea why your doc reckons you can't take supplements and BP medication? I'd be interested to know. My doc reckons weightlifting is a great exercise for BP - what did yours say? Lean.
Guest guest
Hi Angelo, Thanks for all this info. It's very encouraging to think that we don't have to become supplement-dependent! Lean.
Guest guest
Bill has said before, albeit quietly, that you don't need supplements. Myoplex Lite is not necessarily a supplement, other than being a meal replacement. That being the only thing you use will make a huge difference. You can do this program without supplements. There have been a few I've noticed that have done it. -Nic
Guest guest
, My doctor read the ingredients in the EAS products (for the super shake and phen-free)and advised that they make you retain water--which constricts the vessels---which (may) lead(s) to high BP. So until I can get my weight down (about 40 lbs)he highly reccomends I don't use them. I hope this helps!
