THen withing 5 to 6 months everyday no matter how much sleep i just felt and looked flat/tired. I ate plenty of fats ect and followed teh diets by wolfe and crew. I think we are meant to eat a portion of our food raw nad a portion of our food cooked. > > Also - regarding gall bladders and digestion.
