I tried all raw foods for a while. Initially i felt great for about

2 months yet people kept telling me i was looking gaunt. THen

withing 5 to 6 months everyday no matter how much sleep i just felt

and looked flat/tired. I ate plenty of fats ect and followed teh

diets by wolfe and crew. I think we are meant to eat a portion of

our food raw nad a portion of our food cooked.
