Guest guest
Hi screenblazerbd1, Thanks for "share". Good stuff! Miles Subject: Yay I got a new tensolatorTo: bullworkerclub Date: Saturday, August 30, 2008, 11:07 AM What sheer luck! I was at a garage sale yesterday and I found an old bullworker with green handles and the steel cables in mint condition for only $10. I had broken the strap on my old one and needed a new one so badly.I have been using my bullworker since I joined this group. I am starting to get my chest back again as well as legs and arms. My stomach still needs a little work tho, but that will come in time I figure.I have a very very nice workout, complete with warm up. cool down and everything. I got it by searching youtube. Also I am finding that using bullworker EVERY OTHER day is BETTER than using it DAILY. My old muscles seem to respond better using it every other day.Hope my little story both inspires and helps.Bob
Guest guest
That's great Bob - I also acquired an old Tensolater recently and the spring is very strong. About half an inch of sheathing had shrunk / disapeared so I inserted some sleeving to protect the handles from the bare cable. It's still a great find and very serviceable. And yes; every day is not good for me either. Three good workouts a week plus some brisk walking in between times works well for me. Best Philip What sheer luck! Guest guest
Philip, Like yours my tensolator spring is very strong too. My handles are in excelent shape so I did not have to work on mine other than put a little chrome cleaner on the tub to shine it up some. I also ride a bicycle 3 times a week on my non bullworker training days. Here are the links I adapted my routine from if you are interested http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FzQU-7nxt-o & feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lg9X_Zwj8ag & feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yia5SgEABUo & feature=relatedWelcome to the group by the wayBob What sheer luck!
