Guest guest
I was a regular gym rat before I discovered the bullworker use freeweights to supplement my BW training. If you re-check my routine, I hitthe gym ONCE a week, followed by two rest days. My weight training (a high intensity routine consisting of very heavy weights and low reps)is to build muscle mass. Bullworker helps me to add strength definition. Everyone has his own reason to use the BW. Yours might beto avoid the commute to your local gym...I use my bullworker to developstrength and muscle definition. Cheers! Guest guest
Hi Guys, I am new to this group and also to the bullworker world. I recently purchased a BW3 from India, since going to Gym regulalrly is not a viable option for me. Am currently in the process of gathering faith that the BW can do what it promises. So pls help me here by giving ur honest opinion.... My goal is to get lean and muscular physique....not big muscles but sufficient to give a good definition such that it is visible once I take off my shirt ; example: a Bradd Pitt kind of physique or some not too far semblance of it Can the bullworker do this for me? If yes, is it suffcient for me to follow my BW charts or do I need to do some special exercises. If no, what else do I need to add to my training routine? Weights/Supplement?? regards Kamalesh Re: Routine > >> > Hi Guys,> > > > I've been following this routine for about a couple of months > now...and the results are fantastic!!> > > > 1. Guest guest
At times when eager, I've done some of the ab routines in 50 rep intervals, only to pay back with tendenitous the next day. Better it is to reign in that eagerness. If the Bullworker does what it's purported to do, and most of us believe that to be here, then the recommended seven-rep routine with an iso-hold on the last is sufficient. It's paid me dividends. > > Hi there, > > I have recently dusted off my Bullworker X5 which I purchaesd when I 14 back in 1980, this was my second unit as the original one I believe the pvc on the ropes cracked. Anyhow, over the years I have used free weights etc and have decided to out them now. Just recently recovered from a minor back strain due to the weights. I have now decided to get back my first love of fitness with the Bullwoker. I have scoured the inetrnet for training tips with no joy. I'm going from memory now, I thought each execise was performed five to seven times with a hold of seven seconds? Can somebody please advise me of a training program for me, bearing in mind I'm relativity fit and strong. The terminolgy in the wall chart is a little....or maybe I was over doing things way back then!! > > > Thanks guys, > KG... >
Guest guest
Thanks.... that’s is what I have undertaken for the last week and already I’m seeing the improvements...Brilliant. Can’t imagine why I stowed it away all those years ago and turned to free weights!!!! Day 7: Walking 5-6 miles. > > Well perhaps I am not a true believer in the Bullworker or something.I sometimes use it for very high reps indeed on some selected back exercises in particular as well as abs. These will not be isometric holds ,but be isotonic and use between 50-100 reps per set and four sets or so.These will be taken to full compression.I will finish if the fancy takes me with a few isometric holds to finish. However I firmly believe that this might not suit all and would not say that anyone must train this way or that.If any way of training causes distress please for your own sake do not do it. As for the idea expressed that if the Bullworker is so good why bother with the gym?Well it depends on you, your needs, goals, abilities, time and realistic needs and much else. I value the Bullworker ,but am not Bullworker blind.I use it when not at the gym or when I cannot get to the gym or only have time for a short workout.I also use other types of equipment such a a powertwister{can be used also isometrically as well as isotonically -not as versatile as Bullworker}tubing, steel springs as well as bodyweight work.I get something out of everything. > > Kind Regards.ED > > > > I dont understand point of using a bullworker is not having to go the > gym if your going to the gym you might as well throw away your > bullworker. >
