Guest guest
First day of the promise and I'm not doing to bad. I promised I would adhere to his motivation and inspiration -- basically his efforts to get us all moving and back on track again. Well as hard as it was I got up this morning and did my aerobic exercise. My daughter is getting over a cold and she cried all night. At 5:45 when my alarm went off my wife passed our daughter to me and said it's your turn. Well Israel cried for another 20 minutes then she slept on my chest while I crashed on the love seat for another hour. Finally it was feeding time and it was off to Mommy. It was late and I had to shower and get ready for work -- then I stopped. I remembered my promise, my commitment.. I decided to do the 8 minute tae-bo workout. At the last minute I changed my mind and put the advanced tape back it. I did 20 minutes! It felt good I brought my water with me to work and I'm having a myoplex lite shake mixed with a banana as I write this at 10:31 pm. Unfortunately It's my first meal of the day but it';s a lot better than I have been doing. I've also taken my phen-free as well. I'm using PAtrick as my catalyst because, as we all oftern do, we keep promises to other people more than we keep promises to ourselves. So is my inspiration. By keep my promise to him I keep my promise to myself. Tonight it's 20 minutes on the bike and a quick weight training session, nothing fancy. Ain't nothing to it but to do it! Keep on Keeping On youse guys
