Guest guest
Hi I'm new to this group and I bought a BW2 I think (green handles) on a gargage sale three weeks ago. About two dollars... I have started to work out according to the wallchart 2006 (every day) and I can see and feel my body changing. My goal is to be healthier and look fitter. No need of large muscles. What will the next step be after week 4? Should I go on repeating the 28 excersises in an isometric workout or do I need to start doing isotonics? I guess that isotonics are alot more time consuming? Best Regards from a newbie.
Guest guest
Hi Lars, The static holds alone will give you the shape and harden the muscles to make you 'look fitter', but if you want to BE fitter you'll probably have to add something else like cycling, jogging etc. Fult. > > Hi > > I'm new to this group and I bought a BW2 I think (green handles) on a > gargage sale three weeks ago.
