Guest guest
Hi there. I am mainly looking for answers from the nutrionalists or other experts on this list, though others are welcome to contribute, of course. Which of the following is nutrionally superior: 1. Fresh beef from Ranch. They claim to keep their cows for 120 days without hormones before slaughtering. Their cows are grain fed. 2. Deep-frozen lamb from New Zealand or Australia. I believe that these lambs were mainly grass fed. So the question is which is a better trade-off for health: frozen grass-fed lamb or fresh grain-fed beef? Thanks, Moustafa __________________________________________________
