Guest guest
Hi Jenna, >>I would highly recommend the cultured cabbage juice! Do you make your own sauerkraut << Unfortunately I have limited energy to make a lot of these foods, but I have in the past bought fermented veggies from Bio Lacto (I think they have a site at www.biolacto.com) They have beets and carrots as well as cabbage, all naturally fermented with salt only. I'm thinking of running that through a juicer, mixing a few together as I'm not fond of plain sauerkraut juice. Thanks for reminding me! I don't suppose that any of the bottled products would have much life energy left.. and I wonder if making fresh juice and then freezing it would be a reasonable compromise for someone who can't make it fresh every day. I have that on good authority -- Bubbies itself. It's only available raw in one place in San Francisco. It is, however, otherwise natural and good, so if you can't make your own or buy Deep Root (biolacto.com) then Bubbies is your next best bet. -
