Guest guest
, My husband and I are very supportive of each other but only work out together a few days a week. I have rotating days off and he has weekends off so our schedules prevent us from working out every day. We each have our own nutrition list since there is such a difference between our sizes. Otherwise we are totally together on this. So far (we've only been at this since 01-01-2000) there have been no fights or arguments about this. We watch out for each other when it comes to making slip ups on food. I think it has helped me knowing he is watching what I eat. The last time I did this, by myself, I could cheat any time I wanted and no one was the wiser. Now I am reminded if I don't get downstairs to the treadmill on time, or if I don't pack the right things for my lunch. He is very supportive and wants me to succeed. As much as I want him to succeed. This has made us closer and our marriage stronger. Of course, having all but one of the kids move out has helped too. And that one is at school or work most of the time. I'll keep you posted as time goes on. ~Laury
