Guest guest
Hi, Well, I have lived in the Heat and in the Cold. My Arthritis and Fibromyalgia actualy do better in the cold. Sometimes when my feet and hands get to hurting so bad, and I am TRYING to be kind to my liver and kidneys by taking the minimum dose of painkillers, I will go out in the snow, barefoot, up to my ankles, squat down and thrust my hands in the snow up to my wrists. Ahhhhhhh just a few minutes of that feels so good!
