Subject: extra benefits of BWTo: bullworkerclub Received: Thursday, August 14, 2008, 4:50 AM I recently dropped the static holds from my routine to concentrate on fat reduction - big mistake!I mainly did it due to time shortages, and even although the statics were only 20 mins. they required more concentration and changes of position.I now realise that they give much more than bigger or more toned muscled - they give an overall feeling of well-being and simply of 'being alive'.Even when simply walking around the 'slight ache' feeling that the muscles have been worked is something special.Anyone agree or disagree?.They are now back in my routine and will be the last thing to be dropped!
