I worked out with it immediately. The compression is smooth, and the handles, just like on the Steel Bow and Steel Bow 28 were ergonomically appropriate. It has the power meter measure and the rubber encased cable. The " handles " on the cables are an excellent addition. They make the pulling exercises much more comfortable. I performed " The Intense Bullworker Workout " from the files section. This consisted of two sets of 10 second static holds. It felt great.
